Arranging and conducting conferences on the topics of cradle-to-career civic infrastructure and systems transformation and the coordination and improvement of services provided by a variety of sectors such as education, health, housing and government, business, philanthropic and civic groups to children, families and communities to enable children to be better prepared to be successful and productive adults; training services in the field of education and social services for advocacy and collaborative groups to assist such groups in improving the quality and quantity of services they provide
