portable solar power supply packs (i) that use photovoltaic (solar) cells, rechargeable batteries and/or non-rechargeable batteries; (ii) that are used to supply solar power to portable battery operated electronic devices including, but not limited to, radio/cassette players and compact disc players; and (iii) contain a battery monitor to control the charging and discharging of the batteries and to inform the user as to the condition and charging state of the batteries; the solar power supply packs will be contained in fabric knapsacks, backpacks and fanny packs
