Super-Sealed Motor A Super-Sealed Motor is a seven step moisture sealing process; We replace plugs with environmentally sealed plugs (if necessary); The stator is stripped to bare metal on the exterior; Then the surface is prepared and masked; The motor is then powder coated using polyester materials and baked for two hours; The motor is re-assembled with sealed bearings (not shielded); The end cover is assembled with a gasket sealer (particular brand from Japan not generally available) and finally we oil shield is installed
