SuperQ is a Voice over IP (VoIP) based, multi-site Automated Call Distribution application that uses a single queue to perform queuing and call distribution to call centers and workgroups located in different geographic sites or across multiple call center telephone systems; Using a SuperQ, local workgroups and remote locations and remote systems linked together via a VoIP network are serviced by a single overriding call distribution queue called a SuperQ; SuperQ optimizes operation efficiency by balancing workload and allocating agent resource from different workgroups and different sites in real-time; VoIP tie trunks are used to distribute calls between different sites; SuperQ provides greater network efficiency by controlling and managing calls at local entry point before they travel through the VoIP network to remote sites
