Providing independent living residences for adults experiencing long-term homelessness or at risk of homelessness, who have a diagnosis of a mental illness, chemical dependency or other disability; providing job search and resume building, appointments and medical information management, education, budgeting and life skills development; providing independent living residences and living facilities for men living with living with chemical dependency or a substance use disorder, including room and board, 24-hour staffing, advocacy and medication management for adults with a diagnosis with a substance abuse disorder, who are sober, completed treatment for chemical dependency and have a goal of maintaining sobriety
