Orthopedic footwear; orthotic inserts for footwear; orthopedic soles; orthopedic supports; all of the foregoing made to the order and specification of, or fitted by or under the supervision of, licensed or certified professional practitioners, namely, podiatrists, orthotists, pedorthotists, chiropractors, or health care professionals qualifying as orthotic fitters certified by the American Board of Certification in Orthotics, Prosthetics and Pedorthics (ABC) or a recognized professional qualifying organization like ABC with similar or higher qualifying standards as applied to orthotic fitters, all of the foregoing not for sale in grocery stores or convenience stores, or ski or sporting goods stores
