Providing diversity, equity and inclusion educational programs in the field of surfing and water sports; production of films and online content namely, webisodes, multimedia entertainment and podcast content regarding the participation of girls, people of color, persons with disabilities and economically disadvantaged individuals in the field of surfing and water sports; mentorship in the field of surfing; providing educational workshops and organizing group discussions to encourage girls to explore professional surfing as a career path and to grow interest in competitive surfing; mentoring young females in the field of competitive surfing
