A new non-competitive program emerges encouraging young children to dive The swim and dive program targets children who have finished basic swimming courses and wish to develop their skills in swimming, safety, and diving Primarily children from 4 to 9 years old will participate in eight 45 minute sessions where they will learn proper stretches, excercises, safety rules, individual strokes, and basic diving skills All diving will be hand-spotted insuring safety at all times
