TDT - Time Delayed Text TDT is a concept that a mobile device that uses IOS or Android operating systems will incorporate into their operating systems as part of their native features and functions that will allow a user to type a text or SMS message to someone but delay the sending of the text or SMS until a time that they designate for the text or SMS to be delivered. This feature is not an app but will be a part of the actual mobile device's operating systems. Another feature of TDT, is that it will allow the recipient to mark the text or SMS as unread.
