Personal advocacy services to meet the needs of rising leaders of color, rural leaders, kids and families impacted by foster care, case workers, local government agencies, vulnerable communities, and underrepresented members of society; foster family recruitment and retention services and consultation related thereto; consulting services in the field of foster care

Providing educational mentoring and internship services and training programs in the fields of business development, financial literacy, entrepreneurial empowerment, leadership, civic engagement, interview coaching, skill matching, and job placement, and ongoing networking opportunities; peer to peer coaching services in the fields of business development, financial literacy, entrepreneurial empowerment, leadership and civic engagement; business training in the field of workplace diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI)
