The Great American Split Raffle will be a raffle offered to all people who have a U.S. social security number. The raffle will be administered via the U.S. Department Treasury. In order to enter this raffle one must pay $1.00 per entry and submit one's U.S. social security number. Daily (and or weekly and or monthly and or yearly) drawings will be selected from the pool of entries. The minimum payout to the daily winner(s) (and or weekly and or monthly and or yearly winners) will be $2,000,000.00. All the remaining monies in the pool may be distributed to the various U.S. government agencies as a supplement to their respective budgets. (E.G. an economic stimulus package for the Social Security Administration, Department of Health, Department of Education, depts. ) This economic stimulus will be funded voluntarily via all the participants of the raffle. Over a year's time we would create at least 365 additional millionaires in the US. Please note that this raffle may be modified with the dollar amounts paid out to the winner(s) and the frequency of this raffle. An individual may prescribe to this raffle yearly through the IRS tax filling process. The individual could also prescribe to this raffle electronically over the internet as long as the social security number is used. The winner(s) will be officially notified by the U.S. Department of Treasury. It is estimated that there will be over 10 trillion dollars voluntarilly put into this raffle via the participants. This raffle will be held with fairness to the consumer. The split in each raffle should be 50% to the individual and 50% to the US Department of Treasury.
