wireless monitoring systems for homeowner (consumer) use comprised of a main control box and radio transmitters (sensors) which provides consumers with information concerning loss of power, high water levels, intusion and ambient temperature; the sensors respond to an event or supervise and/or evaluate a condition; the sensors then send or transmit data to the main contol box; the main control box communicates with the applicant in manitowoc Wisconsin; the applicant then sends multiple phone and e-mail messages to the consumer; the phone numbers and e-mail messages were previously designated by the consumer; the consumer can then take the approperate action to avoid damage or loss; the information transmitted by the sensors is stored by the applicant and is accessible 24 hours a day 7 days a week at the applicants website for the consumers' immediate access and convienance; consumers are able to access sensor and main control box information at any time; the sensors gather a variety of useful information for the consumer; the sensors transmit the following information 1; loss of power; this information is important to consumers who desire to know if their household has power to operate while they are away; 2; high water; consumers use this sensor in flood prone areas of the home such as a basement; it transmits a signal when the sensor is wetted 3 intrusion; the sensor transmits every time the main control box is actavated and a window or doorwhich has a sensor installed on it is opened; 4 temperature; this sensor monitors ambient air temperature and transmits a message if the temperature falls below 38 degrees or above 110 degrees with the knowledge provided by these transmiters and status reports which include the date and time of the status report and/or transmission of the sensor the consumer may take affirmative action to avoid loss or damage
