restaurant services in the nature of a Mobile Cart and/or Concession Trailer featuring freshly squeezed juices and smoothies prepared for customers, venues to include private and public event sand parties and subcontracted services to catering companies, the Juice Caboose is completely vegetarian and will never grow or evolve to include any animal products at an time juices will be made fresh to order, this way the vitamins and living enzymes are kept intact for the consumer, produce used for juicing will included- Orange, Carrot and Wheat Grass, smoothies will be made from a choice of fresh and frozen fruits, fresh juices, non-fat frozen yogurt, rice and soy milk and optional supplements and vitamins
