A vehicle cover holding device, namely, a hanging fabric device attached to wooden dowels by use of a stitched loop at either end of the fabric, the two dowels are brought into a horizontal and parallel position into which the car cover is cradled in the fabric while also being attached to a wall or ceiling. The dowels may be omitted and metal grommets may serve to attach the vehicle cover holding device to a wall using hooks or other suitable means of attachment to a vertical surface
