The mission of The Yoga of Life Foundation is to educate people about the history, practice, and theory of the Yoga of Life. The Yoga of Life, also referred to by other names, including Sant Mat and Surat Shabd Yoga, is a system of meditation and lifestyle conducive to spiritual growth and development. The Yoga of Life Foundation will provide training in the Yoga of Life spiritual methods and disciplines. The Yoga of Life training will include the writings and teachings of Giovanni Vines, Kirpal Singh, Sawan Singh, Jaimal Singh, Swami Ji, Guru Nanak, Kabir, and other masters, yogis, and saints. The Yoga of Life Foundation will produce and collect writings, videos, and other media related to the practice of The Yoga of Life into an archive, known as The Yoga of Life Archive, and make said archive available to the public. The Yoga of Life Archive will be funded by monies made available through The Yoga of Life Foundation
