Tire Repair Tool comprising of a metal handle having a rim plate attached at one end for attachment to the rim of a tire, a metal elevator that has holes in it so that the metal handle can be attached to be used with different sizes of tires, a metal probe, used to stop air from escaping from a punctured tire, a metal needle holder into which a tire string plug can be inserted for insertion into the punctured tire, and a metal slider with swivel and a clevis pin that is used to hold either the probe or the needle holder, sold as a unit that provides leverage for inserting a tire string plug into a punctured tire on semi-trailers and heavy equipment vehicles in order to temporarily repair the puncture with a string plug while traveling on a highway or road
