Business administration and management for others of a care coordination entity, which is an organization comprised of health care provider participants formed for the purpose of improving efficiency and quality of care provided to consumers in order to result in overall cost savings and improved population health; Business administration and management, business marketing, business development, business consultation services in the field of regulatory compliance and business support staff services for a network of participating hospitals, physicians and other health care providers to assist the provider network in contracting for and coordinating the management and delivery of health care services to patients and the submission and receipt of payment for health care services; Data management services, namely, collecting, tracking, analyzing and providing claims data to health care providers related to the provision of health care services to consumers
