Downloadable software, namely, anti-merchant fraud software module for use in relation to merchant account or credit card services as provided by a bank to a merchant, the module performs multiple functions, namely, the software identifies those merchant activities that improperly use the credit card services for payment of transactions that occur outside of the terms of the credit card services by testing the merchant's activities through the ordering of goods, services, or both, that may be outside of the terms of the credit card services from a website thought to be operated on behalf of the merchant, allows confirmation of the identity of the said obtained goods, services or both, and then causes the return of the obtained goods, services or both to further test the merchant's return and refund protocols
