Current Use and future continued use. Mahendra Kumar Trivedi has established a training and development program for certain select individuals, known as TRIVEDI HEALING MASTERS, who are engaged in the healing arts, body work, and other alternative or spiritual rehabilitation services. These individuals will then excel in their respective healing disciplines, with the goal of reaching an ultimate ability to perform Energy Transmissions in the same manner and with results similar to those achieved by Trivedi 's Energy Transmissions on humans, pets and plants. The certification to be used by successful candidates will be the designation : Trivedi Healing Masters. This training program has been in effect and operation, and the designation TRIVEDI HEALING MASTERS has been in continuous use since at least August 2010. The program has two successive phases of nine (9) months each. Not all applicants in Phase I are permitted to progress to Phase II. The training consists of spiritual rehabilitation services, Energy Transmissions and mentoring services provided by Mahendra Kumar Trivedi. Successful Trivedi Healing Masters will be authorized to establish and market their services through various marketing strategies, including websites which link to and are approved by Owner, and are associated with existing websites of Owner including Trivedi Products and/or Trivedi Master Wellness websites. Members of the Trivedi Healing Masters group may also be authorized to distribute existing products including Trivedi Water, Trivedi Probiotics, Trivedi Wine and meat, poultry, fish and other foodstuffs and products soon expected to reach the marketplace
