Providing use of a web-based software application for use in assisting surgical teams in pre-operative planning, inter-operative surgery and post-operative data analysis for surgical patients, allowing for the review of patient data, and for the exchange information with other pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative medical devices, for providing pre-operative surgical planning functions that utilize the reference image and pre-operative measurements and scans from third-party medical devices, namely, topographer, MRI imaging to assist with planning surgical procedures, including the number, location and depth of incisions, the location of surgical targets and potentially the appropriate implant, with user confirmation at each step, for the collection and analysis of post-operative data from patients that have completed surgery, using measurements taken by the same devices connected to the system, all of the foregoing functions reviewed in conjunction with the original surgical plan, post-operative data is used by the surgeon to calibrate the algorithms used in surgical planning for improved patient outcomes
