Providing support services to Tribal Nations via programmatic and community development support, namely, providing consulting services, information services, and educational services in the form of training courses, site visits, conferences, and workshops in the field of Tribal governance policy; Providing support services to Tribal Nations via programmatic and community development support, namely, providing consulting services, information services, and educational services in the form of training courses, site visits, conferences, and workshops in the field of medicine and disease prevention; Providing support services to Tribal Nations via programmatic and community development support, namely, providing consulting services, information services, and training services in the form of training courses, site visits, conferences, and workshops in the fields of environmental resource management and agricultural and environmental subjects, including natural resource protection, endangered species, environmental regulatory development, environmental community resilience, environmental risk assessment, sustainable agriculture, and protection of community wastewater and drinking water
