Providing remote, web-based mental health assessment services to individuals involved in the court system, working with motor vehicle bureaus, or resolving school or workplace violations in the fields of alcohol and substance abuse, anger management and other behavioral disorders, and to Department of Transportation workers in connection with the drug-testing program for safety-sensitive workers; providing remote, web-based mental health assessment services using standard and proprietary professional screening tools, namely, a series of questions for response by the individual, review of relevant medical or other records by the provider, and an interview conducted by the provider with the individual via phone, online chat or videoconferencing; providing individualized mental health information to individuals in the form of reports intended for submission to schools, employers, the courts, judges, attorneys, probation officers, local motor vehicle departments, and the U.S. Department of Transportation in the fields of alcohol and substance abuse, anger management and other behavioral disorders
