Medical services, namely, providing inpatient and outpatient care services for individuals exposed to traumatic events while serving in the military or the National Guard or as a first responder; and medical services, namely, diagnosis, counseling, therapeutic programs, testing, assessment, treatment and recovery services in the nature of inpatient and outpatient care that feature mental health counseling, psychoeducation, psychotherapy, behavioral therapy, cognitive processing therapy, prolonged exposure therapy, and group therapy as it relates to treating stress, trauma, addiction, namely, alcohol, opioid and drug abuse, sexual and eating disorders, PTSD, and job performance and relationship issues for active duty military personnel, veterans, members of the National Guard, and first responders
