These bakery products are 100 percent organic and completely vegan. I'll be using vegetable (and fruit) as the main ingredients as opposed to the traditional makings of baked goods. I'll also use nuts and seed to create butters. For example, flaxseeds, bananas, and apples will replace eggs. Avocado will be used to make frosting, but could also be a main ingredient in a baked good. As of now my target customers are family and friends. Ultimately I'll broaden the perspective clientele to coworkers, neighbors, and anyone interested in vegan treats. Currently items are being made and transported by me in glassware and tempered carrying bags. They're sample sized to generate buzz and create conversation about plant based desserts and healthy alternatives
