Association services, namely, promoting the interests of veterinary hospitals; administering discount group purchasing programs for enabling participants to obtain discounts on products and services through purchasing in volume from manufacturers and suppliers and administering group purchasing programs to enable participant members discounts on the purchase of pharmaceuticals, biological supplies, x-ray badges, instruments, equipment and related products and supplies for pets, prescription and non-prescription pet foods; group discounts for participant members on veterinary services, namely, administration of a program for enabling participants to obtain discounts on products and services in the nature of clipper blade sharpening, diagnostic services, lab testing, drug compounding, equipment repair and sales, instrument repair and sales, microscope cleaning and repair, oxygen services, radiology services and equipment, cremation services, hazardous waste disposal, and sharps pick-up; group discounts for participant members for their veterinary business, namely, administration of a program for enabling participants to obtain discounts on products and services in the nature of banking, check collection, continuing education seminars, compliance resources, credit card processing, health insurance, practice liability insurance, legal, and office supplies; cremation services for pets
