A Karate Aerobic Self-Defense Program, which allows training at home, school, business, or while on vacation A complete home study course on video cassette that allows you to obtain a double black belt in 36 months You will receive a black belt in Karate Aerobics and Self-Defense, thus obtaining a double black belt Also, Video Black Belt offers clothing accessories and other miscellaneous items such as hats, t-shirts, shorts, coffee mugs, CDs and cassettes, training gloves, etc The videocassette encompasses a 10-15 minute motivational speech, 40-minute karate aerobic workout, and 20 minutes of self-defense technique The students' study the self-defense portion for 5 weeks, at which time they will videotape themselves performing the self-defense techniques, mail to our world headquarters to be evaluated by our certified board of black belt instructors, and upon passing, will be mailed a new workout tape consisting of a new karate aerobic workout, motivational speech, and self-defense technique, along with belt and rank certificate that is internationally recognized
