Virtual FandI is a end-to-end use non-downloadable software (SAAS) for motor vehicle dealership use in sales operations and finance and insurance product offerings. The program provides an alternative to the traditional dealer management system. It provides dealers the flexibiility, through an omnichannel experience regardless of origin or completion point and streamlines various purchase options including financing so dealer customers can opt for an end to end online journey. The technology allows motor vehicles dealers to be flexible and navigate through the finance and insurance part of a vehicle sale to include the sale of vehicle service contracts, vehicle maintenance plans, ancillary products and theft protection programs. The software will allow dealers to offer customers a virtual experience and provide customers with knowledge and time needed to make a decision in the vehicle and FandI Product purchase.
