Virtual Guard service consists of the surveillance, either by a human or automated system, of a location using video, audio and/or other information collected electronically or otherwise from that location Such surveillance may be conducted at the location or at a remote location by means of a telecommunications or Internet connection The service may also include a responsive action from person(s) or system(s) depending upon video, audio and/or information presented The service will be offered to clients on a subscription basis
