o Providing employees enrolled in our health plan with downloadable native mobile application software for smartphones and tablets that enables those employees to access and manage their health plan benefits and interact with a medically managed Plan of Care. The Health Data Platform performs remote health and wellness checks, including contactless video-based spot checks (remote photoplethysmography, rPPG) and contact-based continuous monitoring (PPG using wearable sensors). It enables measurement of vital signs and health indicators such as blood pressure, heart rate, oxygen saturation, breathing rate, heart rate variability, stress levels, wellness score, ASCVD risk, HbA1c risk, cholesterol risk, hemoglobin level, heart age, and fall detection. The app analyzes trends in user health data to deliver personalized health insights, wellness alerts, and early identification of potential medical conditions-even before symptoms emerge. Both patients (employees) and healthcare professionals use the application to coordinate care delivery, manage chronic conditions, and support proactive wellness interventions.
