Financial investment services, namely, raising and investing equity capital, real estate syndication, investment management, asset acquisition, asset management, consultation, and development services for projects generating low-income housing, historic, and other tax credits, and other community and economic development projects; consulting services, namely, advice and counseling services to real-estate developers involved with low-income housing, historic, and tax credit projects, and other community and economic development projects; facilitating and arranging for the financing of activities that support housing and community and economic development projects, community and economic development organizations, and other intermediaries involved in housing, and community and economic development; providing financial risk management services and consultation related thereto in the field of housing, and community and economic development; nonprofit civic and social services, namely, coordinating and delivering training, technical assistance; each of the foregoing services are not provided to individuals and are provided to nonprofit organizations, local governments, state governments, quasi-governmental entities, community-development associations, foundations, banks, credit unions, and real-estate developers involved with low-income housing, historic, and tax credit projects, and other community and economic development projects
