financial services provided for the domestic violence survivors served by Web of Benefit are namely, providing funds so that Web of Benefit clients can cover child care expenses, so they can pay for courses that offer improved employment possibilities,including college and technical courses, and for necessary medical, legal and psychological expenses; Web of Benefit may also provide initial funding so clients can obtain housing and micro-finance small business ventures; Funding is given for the purpose of promoting self sufficiency

Educational services provided for women who are survivors of domestic violence by Web of Benefit are personal financial management classes, parenting classes, training clients in job interview skills and advising them on where and how to gain the skills and knowledge they need to become self sufficient; Web of Benefit will subsidize workshops teaching self esteem and self defense
