Weight reduction diet planning and supervision, namely, a fresh nutritionally balanced meal plan for its clients consisting of a well-balanced breakfast, lunch, dinner, and to healthy snacks per day for five days. The meal plan is purchased on a weekly basis with no large initial investment and no long-term commitment. All meals are prepared according to strict dietary specifications, using the guidelines as presented by the American Heart Association, the American Cancer Society, and the American dietary guidelines, including the food guide pyramid, and under the supervision of the program nutritionist. Weekly confidential weigh-in is also available at each of the meal pick up locations; individual nutrition consultations provided via the company's toll-free telephone number at the client's request
