Western WinterBlast ticket sales are limited to Western Pyrotechic Association Members only; there are no WPA ticket sales to the General Public. There are various public organizations such as the Chamber of Commerce and the local newspaper that advertise the event - the general public is able to sit in the grandstands. Acces to the grandstands is managed by the City of Lake Havasu City, AZ. The WPA has no involvement with how the general public is managed during the event.
