Pharmaceutical preparations, namely, a self-contained pressurized packing system or Bag-On-Valve aerosol container, comprising a lotion, cream or ointment base with a micro-dispersion of non-flammable compressed gases solubilized or dispersed uniformly in the various bases and held under pressure until actuation, the latter of which results in a whipped or foamed appearance of the base upon actuation delivering a wide variety of therapeutic agents, including topical analgesic preparations, anti-inflammatory preparations, sun care, medicinal dermatological applications as well as rectal or vaginal drug delivery applications, all of the aforesaid goods being in a pressurized form
