Goods & Services

It is a medical device to assist in wound healing. It is an off-loading external fixator that is placed around the foot/ankle and acts as a off-loading frame in which a foot/ankle with a wound can be suspended without touching the ground. The frame is secured to the foot by percutaneous pins which are screwed into the foot and ankle. This frame can be placed on the patient with local anesthetic in a office or wound center setting. It can also be placed after surgery to off load and protect the foot/ankle with wounds, incisions or flaps on the dependent area of the foot. Once placed wound care can easily be done while the negative effects of pressure on the foot/ankle are eliminated
