Investment services, namely, providing financial investment analysis, consultation, financial planning, management, advisory, brokerage, banking, portfolio management, banking featuring the provision of certificates of deposit, financial asset management, private banking, estate trust management, and financial research services with respect to securities, commodities, real estate and other instruments of investment; financial consultation and management services relating to Internal Revenue Code Section 1031 on tax deferred property exchange transactions; serving as a qualified intermediary for tax-deferred exchanges for real and personal property, namely, qualified intermediary services under Internal Revenue Code Section 1031 where the proceeds from the sale of one or more properties are held by the qualified intermediary on behalf of a taxpayer until the taxpayer uses the proceeds to acquire one or more replacement properties, thus creating an exchange of such property that would qualify as a tax-deferred exchange under the Internal Revenue Code
