Providing emotional counseling and personal and emotional support services for disadvantaged individuals, at-risk youth, and their families; providing personal social advocacy services for policy and systems changes by facilitating access to personal, legal, and social services, thereby improving the lives of disadvantaged individuals and at-risk youth and their families

Charitable services, namely, organizing and conducting community-based programs and community service projects aimed at increasing support and morale of disadvantaged individuals and at-risk youth and their families; Promoting the interest of disadvantaged individuals and at-risk youth and their families by means of public advocacy for policy and systems changes to improve the lives of disadvantaged individuals and at-risk youth and their families

Charitable outreach services, namely, providing counseling services in the field of behavioral health for disadvantaged individuals, at-risk youth, and their families
