We are selling a water-based agricultural coating that increased plant growth as a function of time, resulting in increased yields of the crop to which the coating is applied. Hence the name yieldX, where the "x" denotes a multiplier as well as the letter "x". The only other use of the term "yieldX" is within an esoteric niche of the financial technology and data analysis services sector, see www.sastockbrokers.co.za/services/yieldxinformation, which is very much unrelated to the industry or business community we are serving with our agricultural coating product offering. There is no significant chance for confusion in the market due to our receiving the mark
